1. Power Snatch

- 10 RM

  • Must catch with straight arms. no press out
  • Must be touch and go reps. Resting overhead and at the hip is permitted

2. Workout: ' The Flash ' (10min Cap)

10-1reps

- Power Snatch 40/30

- Burpees Over Bar

  • At the end of each round run 100m
