1. Power Clean

- 8 RM

  • MUST be touch and go
  • Resting at the shoulder and at the hip is permitted

2. Workout: 40/20

5 Rounds

- Handstand Push Ups / Dumbbell Push Press

- Hang Power Clean 80/55

- Toes to Bar

  • Go HARD in the first round and try and match each rounds score there after
  • Callenge the weight with the HPC (dont sacrifice form) and break up sets as needed
