1. Squat Snatch

On the :30sec

0-5min - 1 @ 70% (10reps)

6-10min - 1 @ 80% (10reps)

11-13min - 1 @85% (6reps)

2. Clean & Jerk Complex (17min)

Klokov Complex

- 1 x Clean Deadlift

- 1 x Squat Clean

- 1 x Pause Front Squat (3sec at bottom)

- 1 x Push Press

- 1 x Pause Split Jerk (Pause 3sec in the dip of the jerk)
